Jarvis ====== Jarvis is a Salesforce AppExchange application that is supposed to help and/or guide Customer Service users on their customer Case threatment. .. important:: This sample documentation was generated on |today|, but is still in development mode. Salesforce provides a very simplified Case Management solution, but some industries (e.g. Call centers, Communications industry, Products & Services providers, etc) requires something more to support their customers and have better understandings about them. In this context, having a better classification of cases and a guided script engine is a big deal, because it reduces training needs (and costs) and allows companies to provide a more assertive service to its customers. Jarvis provides: - A better categorization (or tagging) of Cases that usually helps companies to understand what is going on, and leads them to make smarter improvements. - Guided service allows companies to have a more standardized service, minimizing training costs and leading customers to better experiences. - It is a native solution, which means that it do not depends on any external application and/or infrastructure to work. Once you have access to your Salesforce Org, then you'll have Jarvis working. .. toctree:: :caption: Notes :titlesonly: pages/releasenotes/index pages/postinstall/index .. toctree:: :caption: Documentation :titlesonly: pages/objects/index pages/processes/index pages/automations/index .. .. toctree:: :hidden: :caption: Appendix long-page Some pages like :doc:`long-page` are declared in a "hidden" toctree, and thus would not be visible above.
